erhmmm…….ordinary topic to be discussed..well one example out of millionss…today i did total thyroidectomy ( excise thyroid out ) with Mr R….there’s a lot of vessels to be cut n tied…so me and him did that ( since i’ve learnt hand tie…)…dpt la pujian sket…sket jer tak byk…then suddenly there was a gush of bleeding from no where..tried to detect all places and couldn’t find it..and as usual Mr R dah start naik angin…takot hakuuuu…at last he found of of vessels that he had tied before….goshh…if i did that..i’ll die…see…BOSS ALWAYS RIGHT!!
